What this product is for

Why this product exists
This product exists to replace older HID wall packs with a lower-wattage LED fixture that reduces maintenance and energy use while keeping a familiar wall-pack form factor. A typical 45W LED wall pack in this class is often used as an alternative to about 250W HID, depending on layout and light level targets.
Compared with similar products
Compared with larger traditional wall packs, this slim model has a lower-profile housing and adjustable fixture angle for more controlled aiming. Compared with selectable models, this version is a fixed 4000K unit, which can simplify ordering when the project spec already calls for neutral white output.

Returns
Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the defect.

Authorization:
- Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Backordered items can not be cancelled if the item is in transit from the manufacturer, contact us to review.
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Condition:
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned damaged due to improper packaging or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
