What this product is for
This compact hardwired landscape transformer steps 120V line voltage down to 12V AC for low-voltage outdoor lighting. It is intended for smaller landscape lighting loads up to 40W where a magnetic AC transformer is required.
Use for
Use for 12V AC landscape fixtures, garden lighting, path lighting, accent lighting, and other outdoor low-voltage systems that are designed for AC input. It is also suitable where phase dimming is needed with compatible MLV, ELV, or CL dimmers.
Avoid for
Avoid using this transformer with fixtures or lamps that specifically require 12V DC output, integrated smart controls not rated for magnetic transformers, or loads above 40W. Do not use it where a larger multi-fixture run would exceed the transformer capacity.

Returns
Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Authorization:
- Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Backordered items can not be cancelled if the item is in transit from the manufacturer, contact us to review.
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Condition:
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned damaged due to improper packaging or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
