Avoid for
Avoid using this PIR-only sensor where partitions, shelving, obstructions, or very fine motion detection are the main challenge. In those layouts, a dual-technology sensor is commonly preferred to reduce missed detection.

Best for line-voltage lighting control in open areas that need straightforward occupancy-based switching, energy savings, and ceiling-mounted 360° coverage without adding a separate low-voltage control system.

Returns
Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Condition:
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned damaged due to improper packaging or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
