What this product is for
The Lutron Diva LED+ dimmer switch is a 120 V wallbox dimmer for dimmable LED, CFL, incandescent, and halogen lighting loads. It combines a large paddle for on/off control with a linear slide for preset light level selection.
Use for
Use for retrofit or new installations where you need a decorator-style dimmer for compatible dimmable lamps or fixtures. Suitable for single-pole or 3-way switching in residential and light commercial spaces such as living areas, bedrooms, dining rooms, corridors, and similar interior lighting circuits.
Avoid for
Avoid using with non-dimmable lamps, 0-10 V dimming systems, smart lighting controls that require a different control method, or loads that exceed 150 W LED/CFL or 600 W incandescent/halogen. Confirm lamp and fixture compatibility before ordering.

Why this product exists

Returns
Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Authorization:
- Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Backordered items can not be cancelled if the item is in transit from the manufacturer, contact us to review.
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Condition:
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned damaged due to improper packaging or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
