This surface mount kit is used to install a compatible 2 ft x 2 ft LED panel or troffer directly onto a ceiling surface instead of recessing it into a suspended ceiling grid. It is intended for NaturaLED applications using the P10335 / MT-2X2BOX-4.5in accessory.
Use for
Use for 2 ft x 2 ft (approximately 610 x 610 mm) NaturaLED back-lit flat panel and troffer installations where there is no T-bar ceiling cavity or where a surface-mounted finish is preferred. Common applications include offices, schools, corridors, utility rooms and light commercial spaces.
Avoid for
Avoid using this kit with non-compatible panel sizes, unsupported fixture series, or where a recessed grid installation kit is required instead. Confirm fixture compatibility before ordering, especially if the panel series or generation has changed.
Best for
Best for retrofit and tenant improvement work where electricians need to mount a 2x2 panel cleanly on a finished ceiling surface. The 4.5 in (114 mm) depth is useful where additional internal space is needed compared with shallower panel boxes.

Returns
Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Authorization:
- Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Backordered items can not be cancelled if the item is in transit from the manufacturer, contact us to review.
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Condition:
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned damaged due to improper packaging or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
