Avoid for
Avoid for applications requiring broad forced-air heating, fully exposed windy locations where radiant comfort will be reduced, or installations where the available supply voltage does not match 208V.

Best for covered patios, restaurant seating areas, balconies, garages, and commercial outdoor spaces where silent electric infrared heat and a clean architectural appearance are preferred. The deeper W-Series body is also commonly preferred for flush-mount style applications.

Returns
Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Authorization:
- Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Backordered items can not be cancelled if the item is in transit from the manufacturer, contact us to review.
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Condition:
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned damaged due to improper packaging or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
