Use for
Use for pulling most common cable jacket types through conduit, especially on longer runs, bends, and tighter pathways where added lubricity helps reduce drag and protect conductor insulation. Commonly used for feeder pulls, branch circuit conduit runs, and larger staged installations.
Avoid for
Do not use with low-density polyethylene (LDPE) or semi-conducting cable jackets. Avoid selecting this drum size for small service calls or low-volume work where a smaller container is more practical.

Returns
Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the defect.

Authorization:
- Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Backordered items can not be cancelled if the item is in transit from the manufacturer, contact us to review.
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Condition:
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned damaged due to improper packaging or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
