Compared with similar products
Compared with compression lugs, a mechanical lug does not require a crimping tool and is easier to replace in the field. Compared with 2-hole lugs, this 1-hole style takes less mounting space but may not be suitable where equipment specifications call for a 2-hole connection. As a rule of thumb, always confirm the equipment pad drilling, stud diameter and conductor class before ordering. Actual fit and performance depend on installation conditions, conductor strand type and local electrical code.

Returns
Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Authorization:
- Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Backordered items can not be cancelled if the item is in transit from the manufacturer, contact us to review.
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Condition:
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned damaged due to improper packaging or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within [7] business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
