Use for
Use for indoor decorative fixtures, dining areas, bedrooms, corridors, hospitality spaces and accent lighting where a warm white appearance is preferred. It is a practical replacement for a typical 40W incandescent chandelier lamp while reducing wattage to 5W.
Avoid for
Avoid using where a higher lumen package is needed for task lighting, or in locations where the fixture, dimmer or environment is not compatible with dimmable LED lamps. Avoid outdoor use unless the complete fixture is rated for the location.
Best for
Best for decorative fixtures where lamp appearance, warm colour temperature and smooth dimming matter. The B11 shape and E12 base suit chandelier arms and compact decorative sockets.

Returns
Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Authorization:
- Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping:

Condition:
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned damaged due to improper packaging or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
