Avoid for
Avoid using it where deeper cutting capacity is required than its approximately 1/4 in (6 mm) cutting depth, or on materials outside the listed sheet metal and stainless steel applications. It is not the right choice when a deeper bi-metal hole saw or knockout system is required.

Returns
Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process
Authorization:
- Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Backordered items can not be cancelled if the item is in transit from the manufacturer, contact us to review.
Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Condition:
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned damaged due to improper packaging or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
