Avoid for
Avoid using this bit as a substitute for a hole saw or knockout punch in thicker steel, heavy plate or applications beyond the bit's intended step depth. It is also not the first choice where exact trade-size conduit knockouts are required in heavier material.

Returns
Defective Items:
- If you receive a defective item, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the defect.

Authorization:
- Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Condition:
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Any items returned damaged due to improper packaging or misuse will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
