How can I register on your store?
Click on “Sign In / Register” at the top right. Enter your name, email, and password. You’ll receive a confirmation email—just click the link to activate your account!
Account Management
Can I view my order history and invoices?
Yes! Under “My Account,” go to “Order History” to view past orders, reprint invoices, and track shipments. You will also see any quotes our sales team has issued.

What’s the ordering process?
Browse or search for products, click “Add to Cart,” then follow checkout prompts. You can review quantities, apply discounts, and choose shipping before final payment.
Payment Options
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, other online payments. For account customers, we also offer Net 30 billing after credit approval.
Product Availability
A product shows “Out of Stock”—when will it be available?
Stock updates every 24 hours. For your convenience, add the item to your wish list, email us at customer@evoltsupply.com or call us 1-888-739-3555 -we’d be happy to check incoming shipments and notify you.

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they’re unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice and return authorization number. It is your responsibility to pay the freight back to our stores.
Who handles return shipping?
You cover return shipping unless the product is defective or we made a shipping error—then we’ll provide a prepaid label.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast do you ship?
Our standard shipping is 3–7 business days across Canada. We also offer Express Shipping for delivery within 1–5 business days.
Do you deliver to remote areas?
Yes—we use FedEx, UPS, and Purolator. Delivery to remote or northern locations may take an extra 1–2 days and may incur an additional fee.
Wholesale & Volume Ordering
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes—for contractors and commercial clients, we offer volume discounts. Register for a business account and email customer@evoltsupply.com with your business info, and we’ll set up custom pricing and Net 30 billing oac if requested.
